Two larimar stones set into brass.

Larimar is found only in a single mountainous region of the Dominican Republic, where it forms as a blue variety of pectolite, its color ranging from pale sky to deep Caribbean blue depending on the concentration of copper within the stone. These stones are sourced from a couple who live on the island and hand-cut and polish each piece individually, which is why no two shapes are ever alike.

The setting is made using the lost wax technique. The wax is carved and sculpted entirely by hand to fit these specific stones, then cast into metal. The result is a ring that is entirely one of a kind.
