Aquamarine is a member of the beryl family, its blue-green color caused by traces of iron within the crystal.

Kyanite forms under intense pressure deep in the earth, its color ranging from pale to inky blue.

The setting is made using the lost wax technique, the wax carved and sculpted entirely by hand to fit these specific stones, then cast into metal.
