Q:Do you ship international?

If you would like to purchase a piece but you do not liven the United States you can contact me to request an international order. Covid 19 has temporarily made shipping to Australia unavailable and new import taxes in the UK have reduced the options. I am only able to ship standard which tracks to the US border. After it leaves the US it is not tracked and therefor cannot be guaranteed. If you choose to ship with this option MH jewelry cannot be responsible if the item is lost or stolen in transit. The price is $25 or more depending on weight.

Q: How do I find my ring size?

Buy a reusable ring sizer online or use one of these two at-home methods here to measure your size.


Q: Can you replicate a ‘sold out’ piece?

I accept requests to recreate pieces from my fine jewelry line, however no two stones are alike so I am not able to make exact replicas. Part of the beauty of MH jewelry is the one-of-a-kind nature so we hope you can embrace the variety of each piece we make. Use the contact form to see about recreating a design.

Q: I lost an earring. Can I get it replaced?

Yes. A single earring replacement costs 1/2 of the original price paid for the pair. Please visit the client services page for more info.

Q: Can you repair chipped stones or damaged metal?

Before listing a piece for sale, I carefully inspect it for structural integrity, but gemstones are delicate so they are not impervious to falls, knocks etc.. Please be aware when wearing gems and minerals as I generally cannot repair chipped semi-precious stones.

For fine jewelry, repairs are on a case by case basis. If the damage is due to a defect in the stone or setting I will repair it free of charge. If its due to excessive wear and tear by the owner it can be repaired for a fee based on the damage.

Q: Do you make custom rings?

I am currently only offering custom on fine and bridal jewelry. Please reach out using the contact form to begin a project

Q: Can rings be resized?

Resizing is complementary for fine jewelry within 30 days of purchase. Resizing is not available for brass pieces. Some designs are not able to be adjusted beyond a 1/2 size of its current size.

Q: I no longer want my custom made piece. Can I return it?

Unfortunately, I am unable to accept custom work returns.

Q: I changed my mind on keeping the jewelry I just purchased. What is your return policy:

For a full refund, returns accepted after 7 days of delivery. See policy here. Item(s) must be in new condition. If past the 7 days, returns are accepted for store credit. For all returns, buyer pays for shipping with tracking and uses the following shipping address:

Q: Can you make custom work using stone(s) I supply?

As much as I would love to, I do not use clients stone for custom work in brass. For fine jewelry, I can use heirloom stones on a case by case basis. Reach out to see if we can do something with your gems.

Q: What does your custom design process look like?

For custom engagement rings, please see the “Custom Engagement Rings” page in the About section.

For custom fine jewelry we develop a design through inspiration photos and material selections. Next I send sketches and stone layout photos. Once a design and price is agreed upon the client is invoiced for a deposit and I begin fabrication. Creating the piece will take up to 3 weeks to be finished.

Q: How do I clean my jewelry?

The yellow sunshine polishing cloth included in your order is amazing at removing tarnish and oils that build up on metal and gemstones. Regular cleaning will keep your pice looking shiny. If deeper tarnish develops you can use a toothbrush and dish soap to do a deep clean. For pieces with precious gemstones a jewelry cleaning solution can be used, but steer clear for softer gemstones and pearls.

Q: My store would love to sell your jewelry. Can you send line sheets?
