Domestic orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL at a flat rate of $6.
SHOP purchases are shipped out the following business day (unless otherwise stated). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
An insurance fee of $10 is applied to all orders over $200.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning item(s) and for shipping exchange item(s) paid for by your store credit.

Jewelry must be returned within 5 business days of receipt and in the same condition that you received it. If there is no evidence of damage, then you will either receive store credit in the amount of your original purchase.
You must use trackable shipping service when returning jewelry. You will be notified by e-mail that your returned jewelry has been received.

After your custom order has been processed, you will receive multiple photos and exact dimensions of the final work by e-mail. At that point, you have an opportunity to accept or decline.
Custom orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times vary but are on average 2 to 4 weeks. Once you have accepted the final work, your package is shipped out on the following business day.
Due to high costs, your customized jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged after you have accepted the final work.
