Every piece begins with a one of a kind gemstone. The ring is sculpted with hot wax and blades, creating a one of a kind setting for that stone specifically. The finished wax is then sunk into plaster and once the plaster dries it’s put into a kiln. The wax is burnt out and hot metal is poured in on its place. The plaster is removed, the metal is cleaned up and polished and finally Miranda sets the stones into the ring. Each piece is unique and one of a kind.
