Q: Can you replicate a ‘sold out’ piece?
I accept replica requests, but no two stones are alike making each piece one-of-a-kind. Use the contact form to pick your stone for the design you would like to replicate.
Q: I lost an earring. Can I get it replaced?
Yes. A single earring replacement costs 1/2 of the original price paid for the pair. Please visit the client services page for more info.
Q: Can you repair chipped stones?
I will gladly look at chipped stones to determine whether repair is possible and the costs involved. Please note that before listing a piece for sale, I carefully inspect it for structural integrity. Raw minerals can be delicate and care sensitive, so in most cases chips occur as a result of a mishandling of the jewelry. See client services for more info.
Q: Do you make custom rings?
You bet I do. But, you gotta know your ring size. Use the contact form for custom ordering.
Q: Can my MH ring be resized?
Yep! $25 to size down, $10 to size up. There is a 1/2 size allowance in resizing. See policies for more info.
Q: I think the jewelry is causing a skin reaction. Can I return it for a refund or do I get store credit?
Of course I would never want the jewels to cause any negative reactions. For a full refund, I will accept returns mailed out 5 days after you received them. Refer to policies for more info.
Q: I no longer want my custom made piece. Can I return it?
Unfortunately, I am unable to accept custom work returns. See policy here.
Q: I changed my mind on keeping the MH jewelry I just purchased. What is your return policy:
For a full refund, returns accepted after 5 days of delivery. See policy here. Item(s) must be in new condition. If past the 5 days, returns are accepted for store credit. For all returns, buyer pays for shipping with tracking and uses the following shipping address:

Q: Can you make custom work using stone(s) I supply?
In most cases, I will work with your stone in making custom piece(s). However, I am not responsible for how it fares in the finished jewelry or its general structural integrity. There is no discount should you choose to supply stone(s). See policies for more info.
Q: What does your custom design process look like?
First, we develop a design. This entails determining jewelry purpose and materials, followed by composition and overall look of the piece(s) through sketch revisions. Once an agreement is made, I interpret the design in a fabrication process. Pending your approval and payment, the finished work is shipped out within 3 days (unless stated otherwise).
Q: I want to visit your LA store East Hollywood! How do I do that?
Store visits are available by appointment. Just shoot me an email with some days and times you’d like to come by. Appointments are scheduled for 1 hour. Come with designs and materials in mind to make the best use of your time. Choose design, choose stone, measure sizes, see layout and sketch, see final project in photos after fabrication, shipping or pickup within two weeks. Book your appointment today!
